Founded in 2016 by Austin composers Trevor Shaw, Robbie LaBanca, and Adrienne Inglis, Inversion Ensemble began as a way to perform meaningful new music, composed by mostly local composers and performed by local musicians. Season One featured 14 world premiere performances.

The very first concert of Inversion Ensemble presents new choral works which honor the divinity in both the deities we worship and the natural world that surrounds us.
