Jaime Ramirez joins Inversion’s Board of Directors

Inversion is excited to share that Jaime Ramirez has joined our Board of Directors! Her heart for people, community, and the arts is something we’ve witnessed throughout the years, and we’re so happy she’s now with us!

Jaime Ramirez is a Project Coordinator with WSB Engineering, where she supports program delivery, resource planning, and team operations. She also owns Milestones and Magic, LLC, partnering with clients to design and coordinate meaningful events that bring people together to celebrate life's big moments through personalized experiences. She enjoys bringing people together, streamlining workflows, and helping teams navigate change through collaboration. With experience coordinating complex projects, Jaime is passionate about creating systems that make work more efficient and impactful. Outside of her professional role, she is a strong advocate for community engagement and the arts, believing that creative spaces play a vital role in fostering connection, culture, and opportunity. Jaime and her family live in Pflugerville, where they enjoy spending time outside playing disc golf, going to the park with their dog Leeloo, and eating as much chips and salsa as they can get. 

On joining Inversion: I’m especially motivated by the opportunity to advocate for Inversion’s programming, support community outreach efforts, and help ensure that the organization remains accessible and relevant to the people it serves.

We’re incredibly lucky to have Jaime help guide our next phase of growth, and we’re excited for what’s ahead!
