Inversion’s Official Statement about recent changes in leadership

Inversion Ensemble would like to share with our community that Artistic Director Trevor Shaw has stepped down from his position with the organization. We are grateful to Trevor for his artistic leadership and the contributions he has made to our work during his tenure.

This change comes as part of a broader period of transition as Inversion approaches its tenth anniversary and looks ahead to the next chapter of growth and innovation. The Board of Directors is actively working to ensure a thoughtful and values-driven path forward for the organization, including interim artistic planning and leadership discussions.

As always, Inversion Ensemble remains committed to our mission of commissioning and performing bold, inclusive new choral works that reflect and engage our community. We thank our singers, composers, collaborators, and supporters for their ongoing trust and support.
